In the regional offices of the State Agency for the Protection of Strategic Objects of the Republic of Azerbaijan events were held to commemorate the memorial day of Heydar Aliyev, the national leader of the Azerbaijani people. These events were honored the memory of the architect and founder of the modern independent state of Azerbaijan, the world-renowned politician, and national leader, Heydar Aliyev. Flowers were arranged in front of his monument.
