BEFORE SENDING AN ELECTRONIC APPEAL TO THE STATE AGENCY FOR THE PROTECTION OF STRATEGIC OBJECTS OF THE REPUBLIC OF AZERBAIJAN, PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING RULES:
- Electronic appeals sent to the State Agency for the Protection of Strategic Objects are registered and reviewed after being received by the Secretariat in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan �On Citizens� Appeals�, as well as the �Rules for conducting clerical work related to citizens� appeals in state and municipal bodies, legal entities owned by the state or municipalities or whose controlling shares belong to the state or municipalities, and budget organizations� approved by Decree No. 950 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated June 23, 2016.
- Before writing the text, it is important to correctly fill in the required fields of the form.
- The text must be written in the alphabet of the language used, must not be written only in uppercase or only in lowercase letters, must be divided into sentences, and punctuation marks must be used correctly.
- Electronic appeals are left without consideration if the author does not provide accurate information about themselves, if the appeal does not meet the requirements of Article 6.7 of the Law �On Citizens� Appeals�, if the text is unreadable, if the proposal or request is not clearly expressed, or if the text contains insults or slander.
- According to subparagraph 8.1.4 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan �On Citizens� Appeals�, if a citizen�s repeated appeals have been answered on the merits with reasoned responses 3 times within one year and the repeated appeal contains no new information for resolving the matter, the appeal is left without consideration.
- Repeated appeals of the same content sent by citizens to the same authority before the legally established review period of the initial appeal expires are attached to the initial appeal and reviewed within the same proceedings.

- The time for sending electronic information from one source is limited to 1-5 minutes depending on server load.
- The text of the electronic appeal must not be less than 100 characters or more than 2000 characters.
- The files attached to the appeal must be in PDF, DOCX, JPEG, or PNG format and their total size must not exceed 5 MB. Long letters, copies of documents, photos, and other permitted attachments may be added.
