Decree No. 1510 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated December 22, 2021 "On approval of the Regulation on the State Agency for the Protection of Strategic Objects of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the structure of the Agency, the number of military and civilian employees, and the list of senior officer positions" Decree

Based on paragraph 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I make a decision:

1. In Decree No. 1510 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated December 22, 2021, "On the approval of the Regulation on the State Agency for the Protection of Strategic Objects of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the structure of the Agency, the number of military and civilian employees, and the list of senior officer positions" (Legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan Collection, 2021, No. 12, Article 1375) changes should be approved.

2. The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan should resolve the issues arising from this Decree.
