On the approval of the Regulation on the State Agency for the Protection of Strategic Objects of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the structure of the Agency, the number of military and civilian employees, and the list of senior officer positions

DECREE OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF AZERBAIJAN

Based on paragraph 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I make a decision:
1. "Regulation on the State Agency for the Protection of Strategic Objects of the Republic of Azerbaijan" should be approved. (Appendix 1)*
2. "The structure of the State Agency for the Protection of Strategic Objects of the Republic of Azerbaijan" should be approved. (Appendix 2)*
3. "The limit of the number of military personnel and civilian employees of the State Agency for the Protection of Strategic Objects of the Republic of Azerbaijan" should be approved. (Appendix 3)*
4. "The list of positions of the senior officers of the State Agency for the Protection of Strategic Objects of the Republic of Azerbaijan" should be approved. (Appendix 4)*
5. The State Agency for the Protection of Strategic Objects of the Republic of Azerbaijan should submit its proposals to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan regarding the list of persons whose protection it provides.
6. The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan should resolve the issues arising from this Decree.
